DMCA Notice

National Course Portal respects intellectual property rights. This page describes the procedure for reporting copyright complaints.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our copyright contact.

Your notification should identify the copyrighted work, the location of the material on the site, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement made under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

Copyright contact

Copyright complaints and claimed-infringement notices should be sent to admin@nationaldriverimprovement.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice."

Email is the fastest reporting path. If you need current postal contact details for a formal notice or counter-notice, request them first at the same email address before sending service by mail.

If National Course Portal publishes or updates formal designated-agent contact information for 17 U.S.C. § 512 notices, this page will be updated accordingly.

Counter-notice procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

A counter-notice should identify the removed material and prior location, include your contact information, include the statements required by law, and contain your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
