Lesson 8. Final review, reporting, records, and service culture

Students complete an integrated review of knowledge, attitudes, and performance outcomes, then connect certificate integrity, records, reporting, and accountable workplace culture.

Each module includes written content, audio, and an interactive review. When enrollment opens, student progress is recorded in sequence and does not allow omitted content.

Listen to the lesson

This review view reads the lesson text aloud in the browser so the written content is also available as audio.

Knowledge, attitude, and performance outcomes

The final review assesses laws, alcohol effects, BAC, drug interaction, intoxication signs, ID checks, refusal, problem drinking, business responsibility, DUI information, and risk mitigation.

Attitude outcomes include valuing lawful service, choosing safety over sales pressure, and supporting accountability among coworkers.

Reporting and records

The provider maintains completion records for at least five years after the training program ends.

Successful completion records are prepared for SCDOR reporting within ten business days, including the information needed for certificate-number handling.

Course completion integrity

A certificate number is issued only after all lessons, timing requirements, interactive checks, proctored final test, passing score, and completion records are satisfied.

The student's practical goal is to carry responsible service habits into each shift, not only to pass the test.

Key takeaway

Before moving forward, choose one concrete action that lowers risk and respects the course completion controls.
